Dr. Amy Thiele, MD, FRCPS Anesthesiologist, Pain and Cannabis Medicine
Dr Thiele, Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Physician and has worked in Critical Care, and Operating rooms for over twenty years. Her recent areas of study and experience include chronic pain, and Mental Health, Gastrointestinal, Palliative/Oncologic, and occasional paediatric and neurological conditions. Dr Amy, MD,BSc, (MED) studied at Dalhousie University, FRPC Royal College Anesthesia and her Residency at University of Ottawa. Her studies include rheumatology, psychiatry, acupuncture, herbology, concussion management.

Jennifer Silvestri , Certified Cannabis Consultant, Cannabis Specialist
Jennifer's extensive experience of cannabinoid medicine began in 2017 pre-legalization. She brings a plenitude of knowledge from years of clinical practise as an educator and private consultation services. Jennifer's studies began at Durham College and continued at McMaster University, The Natural Wellness Academy, Colorado Culinary, and Apothecary study. In addition, Jennifer is the Founder of Calm the World Inc, and Co-Founder and Co-created Ajja Medical Inc and The World Cannabis Academy Inc. where she continues to provide clinical services, mentorship and creates interactive education courses for those looking to learn more about cannabis. Jennifer brings over twenty five years experience from her career in the pharmaceutical industry which complement the uses of cannabinoid medicine.
Veterans Advocate and Specialized Support
Amy Green is happy to join Argento Medical to provide support for Canadian Veterans.
Beginning her military journey as a reservist with the 56 Field Engineer Squadron in 1999, Amy transitioned to the Regular Force in 2022, taking on the role of a Meteorological Technician. Her service has taken her to various locations, including Winnipeg, Bagotville, Valcartier with 5 RALC, and Gagetown, where she instructed on Upper Air Ballistic. Amy has also been stationed in North Bay with NORAD. Amy's deployment to Afghanistan from 2004 to 2005, based at Kabul Airport with NATO, strongly shaped her commitment to advocating for the welfare of veterans. Following her time at a clinic she helped establish, Amy founded a non-profit organization dedicated to further supporting this cause.
Amy is devoted to empowering and educating vulnerable individuals to ensure equitable access to the care and support they deserve.
